I first came to LPS 13 years ago following discectomy surgery on my spine. At that point I had no idea how important targeted exercise would become in my life, I wasn’t even keen on exercise at all.
It became clear that my back was very weak and over time I reaped the benefits, my spine is not stiff anymore and is much more mobile.
I continued on a regular basis pleased with the results I was achieving. Keely is knowledgeable and a very talented instructor, she strives to be the best she can be and genuinely wants to help you with your problems. She is no stranger to chronic pain herself and understands first hand the devastating effects it can have on your life.
I have slowly, with Keely’s help, re-educated myself and now do lots of personal plan exercises at home, which actually I now enjoy.
My quality of life has greatly improved. I cannot even begin to imagine where I would be without Keely’s support and I’m very lucky to have her in my life.
In July this year I had a hip replacement so I’m taking a short break at the moment from class until I’m a little bit stronger. I’m definitely excited and looking forward to returning to continue to rehab this new hip.
